Right click on the link to the section you want, and then select "Save Target As", and save the new section to your hard drive.  You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files.  If you don't have it, there is a link at the bottom of this page.

Please note that the latest CFR versions, though they are published as of Oct. 1, are not available until well into the next year.
