Space for some of the Seminars is limited and sells out a month or more in advance, so get your registration in early. Attendees are responsible for their own hotel accommodations. We have tried to negotiate discounted rates with the hotels. Please specify “CTC Hazmat Seminar” when making hotel reservations (unless otherwise noted on the location). Classes begin at 8:00am and end at 5:00pm both days. Please arrive at 7:30am on the first day for registration. You don’t need to bring anything, however a calculator is strongly recommended!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the seminar date. Unfortunately, fees cannot be refunded thereafter. Attendance can be rescheduled to another seminar at no charge up to 2 weeks prior to the seminar date. Rescheduling within 7 to 14 days of the seminar date will require a $25 fee. Rescheduling within 7 days of the seminar date will result in a $50 fee.
